Depression

I’ve been better, but not recently. I’ve struggled with depression, though I’ve slowly started getting back on my feet through meditation and by focusing on my goals, taking things one day at a time. Life has shown me a lot, and I’ve come to believe that understanding relationships is one of the most important parts of it.
